Plexaderm Skincare tells us that their new Rapid Reduction Cream uses a blend of silicates, moisturizing agents, and light-diffusing ingredients to reduce wrinkles, lift and tighten bags, and decrease under eye puffiness. This way, they claim you’ll be left with smoother, healthier, more youthful looking skin in as little as 5 minutes.
Plexaderm’s non-prescription topical cream isn’t just for bags though, since it can also be used to address crow’s feet, forehead lines, and many other problem areas. Simply apply a small amount of Rapid Reduction Cream to clean, dry skin, and the effects could last for hours—without painful injections or surgery!
What did you think of those before and after videos on the Plexaderm website? They certainly seemed amazing! You want to know: can you expect these same results in the real world? Are Plexaderm Skincare’s products worth the high price?

Will Plexaderm’s Ingredients Work for Your Eyes?
The Role of Collagen In the Aging Process: Inside our body, the most common type of protein is called collagen. These long, ropy molecules (called fibrils) are extremely strong, and act as an underlying support structure for connective tissue, like cartilage, muscle, and skin.
Now, 16 different types of collagen are found in humans, although the most common (about 80% to 90%) is type I. This is also the most common type used within the research and anti-aging industries.
As we age and our skin is exposed to sun, environmental pollution, poor nutrition, lack of exercise, smoking and drinking, and other things that occur throughout life, collagen production slows. In turn, our skin’s support structure weakens, leading to wrinkles and sagging.
This collagen loss can also cause sagging skin to accumulate under your eyes in the form of bags, while this area also retains more fluid, leading to puffiness.
The Mystery of Plexaderm’s Formulation
The problem is that we’re told very little about the ingredients contained in Plexaderm Skincare, or how they’ll address these concerns. We are told that Rapid Reduction Cream contains silicates, which are “minerals found in shale rock,” but not exactly which kind. After all, silicates are one of the most abundant minerals on earth, and dozens of different kinds are found in anti-aging products (e.g. sodium silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminum silicate, etc.).
What about light-diffusing ingredients? As the name implies, these ingredients typically use crushed minerals to reflect and refract light, thereby reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These are extraordinarily common, and are widely available in thousands of skincare products.
Finally, the hyaluronic acid in Plexaderm’s Hyaluronic Moisturizing Serum is a well-known moisturizer, since it can hold up to 1,000 times its own weight in water. We’re not told the concentration of HA found in their Moisturizing Serum, but again, it’s found in countless other anti-aging products.
In fact, the only ingredient we’re specifically told about in Plexaderm’s products is iron oxide, which is simply used for coloring.
Alright, Plexaderm’s ingredients might not work as miraculously as the company claims. But will they cause any harm?
Will Plexaderm Skincare Products Cause Any Side Effects?
Hyaluronic acid likely won’t cause much more than mild skin irritation (if anything at all). The company claims that you should avoid getting any Rapid Reduction Cream in your eyes, and if you do, you should immediately rinse your eyes with warm water.
Other than this, if you use too much cream, it may leave a white film on your skin. If this occurs, you’ll need to pat the area dry using a damp cloth.
How Much Does Plexaderm Cost?

- Ultimate Makeover Kit – Includes one tube of Rapid Wrinkle Remover and one bottle of Hyaluronic Moisturizing Serum: 1 kit for $99.97 + $6.95 S&H, or 3 kits for $199.94 + $6.95.
Regardless of which option you choose, you’ll get free shipping by enrolling in Plexaderm’s Preferred Customer Program. This means you’ll continue receiving a fresh supply of your kit once every month (or 3 months), and you card will be charged accordingly each time.
Plexaderm Skincare’s products come with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H, although this is only for new and unused product. In order to request one, customer service can be reached at (800) 681-0366 or email@example.com.
Even though it’s a new product, is anyone talking about Plexaderm yet?
What Can We Learn from Plexaderm Skincare Reviews?
Considering the fact that Plexaderm’s URL was just registered in February 2016 and they only recently started advertising on social media, there wasn’t any legitimate feedback for their Skincare line during our research.
We do know that the anti-aging products are manufactured by True Earth Health Products—an all-but unknown company that isn’t listed with the Better Business Bureau and has a single-page website will little usable information.
What about “lifestyle expert” Annette Figueroa interviewed in the promotional video posted on the Plexaderm Skincare website? First, it’s important to note that this is 100% a commercial; not a news program like it’s made to seem. Second, there’s no mention what “Annette’s” qualifications are for her to call Plexaderm “the real deal,” or if she’s even a real person in the first place.
Is There a Lot to Love About Plexaderm?
Whenever you’re researching a new anti-aging product, there are two main factors you have to consider: price and value.
While we clearly know how much Plexaderm Skincare’s products cost, without knowing any of the ingredients (or amounts) they contain, there’s simply no way to know how well you can expect them to work in the real world. And without this information, it’s impossible to say whether or not Plexaderm’s Rapid Reduction Cream and Hyaluronic Moisturizing Serum will provide any value for your money.
What can you do instead? Wrinkles, bags, and under eye circles are something nearly every one of us will experience at some point. When this occurs, your best bet will probably be to make an appointment with your dermatologist, who can recommend more effective treatments based on your diagnosis.
