Terrible service and terrible website
I was on my way ordering what I thought was a pair of socks. I kept being transferred to more options to add on to the sock design and I kept saying no and it would take me to more add on to personalize my socks. I was so sick of it so I backed out of the order. I received e-mails and phone calls and I kept telling them I was sick of the whole thing and refused to finish the order but guess what, one sock came in and they still charged me $19.99 for one sock. Never trust this company and I would not order from them again. I plan on sending it back, of course I won't get the shipping and handling both ways. I feel ripped off.
They are a scam
By far they are the worst company, if you want call it that, I have ever dealt with. The most unprofessional staff. I feel as though it is a total scam. They have false advertisement. They tell you you get a pair for $12.99 and if you order within the next few minutes they'll double your order -- Not true. They charge you for one sock and the double order means you get the other sock that equals to one pair. Totally misleading and false advertisement. They should not be allowed to advertise on TV or any where else. I would absolutely not recommend this product and never would I let anyone I know do business with this so called company.
Does not work
I was hoping it would work to the point I could wear my shoes, but I still had the same amount of pain I had before. Do not spend your money on this product. A waste of money.
Not bad but it feels very tight.
While it does offer some pain relief, the pain can eventually return. I bought the L and XL size for men's shoe size 10 - 12 and it is a very tight fit. A little too tight actually. My shoe size is 10. It would be nice if there was one more size higher. Although this product is alright, you should shop around for other products. I have read stories about people ordering online and not receiving their product - go buy at one of those "As Seen On TV" stores. That is where I bought mine.
Well, so far they help
Are they a cure for plantar fasciitis? Probably not. But I have spent a lot of money on orthotics and Vionic / Orthaheel shoes, so $20 or so wasn't too high of a price. And they do feel pretty good. If you have plantar fasciitis and your doc has ever taped your feet, this is how these kind of feel. Like some extra support for the arch. So far so good. I'll keep stretching and icing and wearing orthotics and keep these in the mix, as well.
Don't Buy the Foot Angel
I finally received my Foot Angel, 4 weeks after I placed the order. I purchased a X-Large because I have Ankle & Leg (swelling) Edema, from cancer treatments. The sock X-L is way too small. It cut off my foot circulation causing extreme foot pain! It's cheaper to go to AmesWalker.com and get the 65083 Therafirm 20-30mmHg Open Toe Anklet, it WORKS and FITs.
What a Rip-off
First off when buying footwear you do expect to get a PAIR unless you are an amputee - not with the foot Angel - you are paying for ONE, then for double the shipping you get the second "for free" - WOW. They don't provide any more compression than the arch support sports socks that I buy from Walmart for a fraction of the cost. $14 in shipping for 2 little tiny flat socks. And the therapy ball? What a joke - the same as my dryer balls, also bought for just a couple bucks at Walmart and they make it look a lot larger on TV. Don't waste your money.
You would get more satisfaction by throwing your money out the window than with this rip off outfit.
I was told by my foot doctor that compression socks are not good for plantar fasciitis, a waste of money. I try it. This brand did me no good.
