Flabs 2 Abs is a diet and exercise program created by 2 fun-loving brothers that promises it will transform your body in just 30 days. They insist you’ll get lean, toned, and ripped without losing your butt and you’ll have fun doing it because their mantra is “learning doesn’t have to be boring.”
The Flabs 2 Abs Pitch
Flabs 2 Abs seems to be targeted primarily at young men and tries to set itself apart from other so-called “boring” fitness programs. It’s led by wise cracking brothers Craig and Matt Lewandowski who claim they created this program by accident while goofing around with a camera and documenting their own weight loss from a fitness program they created after years of research.
Since their program was successful (Craig says he lost 27 lbs. in 30 days and Matt 16) they launched Flabs 2 Abs to help others achieve the same results. They claim if you watch the DVD and follow their exercise/nutrition routine you’ll get fit, learn something and have a few laughs along the way.
For their Flabs 2 Abs Ultimate Bundle they add the endorsement of Food Network star Chef Das who offers some of his favorite recipes.

Bottom Line: Is Flabs 2 Abs FAB?
Flabs 2 Abs has a catchy name and fun premise, at least for a certain demographic (primarily the young male who is already in decent shape; Matt and Craig looked fit but not ripped in their “before” video).
A detailed review of the DVD deemed the most helpful gives it 2.5 stars and goes over all the programs included. The reviewer, who calls herself doctor beth states that they try to be engaging and informative but often come off as “goofy.” She admits this might have an appeal to men looking for “no-nonsense” weight loss. A fitness site called Fit Bottom Girls came to a similar conclusion.
While it’s true both these are reviews by women of a product geared towards men, we wonder, aside from the goofing around, if you can’t get much of this information elsewhere. Generally speaking, the key to losing weight is eating healthy foods, avoiding sugar, and engaging in physical exercise. Losing weight too rapidly can be bad for your health. According to the Mayo Clinic 1-2 lbs. a week is the general recommendation.
We found an article on WebMD that promises to help you lose 8 lbs. in 4 weeks revealing your sexy abs lurking underneath your flab. (You’ll have to supply your own jokes.)
