Emjoi MicroPedi Nano Callus Remover from Tri Star Products is a handheld battery-powered device that they claim gently removes dry, dead callused skin in seconds. They state it’s easy to use and will painlessly pulverize your ugly calluses, revealing the beautiful skin underneath that you will be proud to show off.
How EmjoiMicro Pedi Works
This version of Emjoi Micro Pedi claims to be ergonomically designed (it’s shorter and fatter than their standard version); spinning atop the device at 1800 RPM is a replaceable blue roller they state is made from micro mineral particles.
To use Emjoi MicroPedi, turn the device on (it needs 2 AA batteries, which are not included) and glide in a circular motion around your feet. They say it will instantly blast away callus, corns, and cracked skin. Then they promise you can proudly display your sexy smooth feet in open shoes and happily dance the night away.
Emjoi Micro Pedi Cost:
$27.98 (listed as $19.99 plus $7.99 S&H), which includes a lifetime replacement of mineral rollers; however, you must pay additional S&H. (Customer service did not know the actual amount because they say the product is still new.)
Emjoi Micro Pedi comes with both a 60-day money back guarantee and a 60-day limited warranty. However, if you return it within this time frame for your money back they will keep the $7.99 in fees. Or, if your Micro Pedi has a manufacturer defect, you will still need to pay $7.99 to have it replaced.
Bottom Line: Is Emjoi MicroPedi a Good Product?
Judging by their Amazon reviews page, Emjoi MicroPedi appears to be very popular and loved by people who buy it – as of February 2015, this version has 1403 reviews and averages 4.5 stars. There is another version of the Emjoi Micro Pedi with a more traditional shape that also gets 4.5 stars from 894 reviews; other retail sites have similar ratings.
Tri Star Products also has an A+ rating from the BBB; the BBB says even though they have had 940 complaints in the last 3 years, all of them have been resolved satisfactorily and the number is relatively small compared to the volume of business.
In other words, if you are experiencing dry, callused feet, Emjoi Micro Pedi seems to do the trick. Just be aware that should you need repair or replacement, you’ll have to pay approximately $7.99 extra.
