Bad product and dishonest CIA

Jul 13, 2017 | | Miami

I bought this product, it doesn't work and this company, without asking if this product is good, they just deliver and charge you a monthly item without authorization. Not honest at all. That is not a proper way to treat new potential customers.

Don't like it

Jul 12, 2017 | | Colorado

I have just used this once, I don't like the lemon smell, it's like lemon pledge, and it's very greasy. Hours after I used it I was still very greasy, and I live in a very dry climate. Upset I spent so much on this and hate the product.

Don't order anything, this is a scam.

When I realized I'd fallen for their con, i.e., believing that I would receive a sample (not 3 payments of $64 and more of their worthless products) I tried to cancel the order on-line. I should have known they'd require me to call 'customer service' during 'business hours' to do so. Guess how long I waited on hold?! And surprise, the call was disconnected after 18 minutes.

I'm truly embarrassed to have been conned this way.

My experience with Crepe Erase

Jun 27, 2017 | | California

I have extremely dry skin, and the lotions I used did not help my crepey thighs and legs. The rest of my body is okay with lotions. The introductory small sample of Crepe Erase cost $39.95 + sales tax and shipping/handling and was received 5-6 weeks ago. I used both the exfoliating body polish and the intensive repair treatment every day after my shower, and within a week my crepey skin was SO much better. I read the details when I ordered the introductory offer, so I knew I would be enrolled in a 90-day plan for about $120 + sales tax/shipping and handling.

I have been waiting and received the full size 90-day package of both items today, and was charged a little over 1/3 of the full price. The next two payments will each be less than 1/3. Basically, the full price of $139.45 includes $8.97 for shipping/handling and $10.63 for sales tax; total is $139.45. The first payment of $53.57 was on this bill dated June 15. On July 15 and August 15 I will be charged $42.94 each date. I see it as making three payments for each 3-month package, which is what I expected. On Sept 15, I will be sent another 3-month package and the same type of billing will occur.

Knowing what would happen from what I had read in the details, I do not see this as a scam. I knew from another product I ordered that the details are what you have to look for because I had been enrolled in an auto-ship program, and the other product was even more expensive. I canceled that product quickly. I do feel Crepe Erase is very expensive. I just saw the Crepe Erase is available through Amazon and QVC, so if I can get it for less and not on an auto-pay program, I will probably eventually cancel (after I pay three payments) and buy it through Amazon or QVC. For me, Crepe Erase has been good for my crepey skin.

This is a SCAM

I ordered to check it out and in less than a month I get another shipment. This is a scam and I shall holler on every social media possible.

I like it.

I'm on my second order. I think it is a little bit over-priced but my skin feels wonderful.

Waste of time and money

May 25, 2017 | | MN

I used the product for a little over a month and found no difference in the texture of my skin. When I called to cancel, I got a sales pitch about how I should see results in 6 to 8 weeks. Also was charged another $63.94 to my credit card today 5/25/17 but won't receive the product until June 3rd.

When I asked the customer service person how they can charge me for product I haven't received, she continued with her rehearsed script about the subscription plan and receiving a 3-month supply and so on and on.

I mentioned that the ads aren't very specific with how the auto shipment and what the actual cost of the products is and therefore I think this is a scam. Her response: It's not a scam if you can speak directly to a customer service representative.

My bad... for buying the product in the first place!

Poor product

Very greasy, interferes with wearing jewelry. No difference in skin texture. Questionable, tricky financing.

Works as advertised

Mar 6, 2017 |

I've been using the Maximum Results system for a few months now and I've been really impressed by the results. Usually, my skin is a nightmare during the winter, but using the Maximum Results package once every other day has stopped all the chapping.

Lousy stuff

Oct 12, 2015 | | California

This is the worst stuff around. It's greasy, heavy and doesn't do anything. The biggest joke around and I was the dumb one. Not worth the money no matter what the price.

Rip off and unethical

Sep 19, 2015 |

Not only am I unimpressed with the product, but I was charged for auto ship prior to 30 days. Although I received a response indicating it would not happen again, they charged me again in three weeks. Do not waste your time on the product or dealing with such an unethical company.
