Save your money.

Mar 26, 2018 | | Atlanta, GA

I bought this primarily for my arms. I received the scrub, face cream, and I think another cream that I don’t recall and not worth mentioning. I also didn’t realize that I was signing up for more shipments of the product, but I was able to cancel. I ended up with a lot of the Crepe Erase Cream due to multiple shipments before I was able to cancel, which I guess isn’t all bad because I used a bunch of it to no avail. Same with the face cream, which I also found to be totally worthless. It is difficult for me to understand how celebrities can endorse worthless products that rip people off. Shame on them.

I received a call concerning these products asking how they were working for me approximately 6 weeks or so after I received them, and I told them I saw absolutely no difference, they hung up quickly and never called back. A friend recently mentioned this cream to me and I told her to save her money. For firmer looking upper arms you need a lot of upper body work, which may not preclude crepey skin or you need surgery. I’ve tried several procedures to help smooth the soft skin under my arms but no cream or procedure has helped much to date.

Product OK. Billing system is a rip-off.

I originally signed up for a one-time shipment (I paid extra), in order to try the product without a commitment. The product itself was OK. I mainly wanted it for my inner arms and hands. My skin looks better when I apply the thick lotion but it did not make any lasting difference that I noticed. I was debating whether I wanted to reorder it (when I received the second charge and a reorder). This order was in a larger container, so I thought I would just keep the recurring order going (although I did not ask for it) for a couple of months, and then cancel it when I had a few jars stashed. When I was charged the third time, and I did not receive any product, so I called customer service. I then found out that I would have to make three payments of $150 for the second shipment. The product is definitely not worth it. I canceled my so-called subscription, and I still have to make another payment. I hope that it actually stops here. I must say that the customer service rep I talked to on phone was very nice.

Crepe Erase Scam.

You order the sample (which does not work), then you get stuck with additional bills, even though you cancel any future orders right away. If you do not pay them the addional amount, they bill you. They give your account to a collection agency to force you to pay.

Crepe Erase rash.

I just received it today. I tried it out on my arm and immediately broke out in a rash. I tried it on my legs, and no reaction. Then, I tried it on my chest, and I got instant hives.

Personally, I absolutely love the product!

I’ve been using Crepe Erase for approximately 1-1/2 years. I love the product! I have very dry skin and it has been a wonderful product for me. I started recognizing my skin changing and when I saw the infomercial with Jane Seymour, I decided to give it a try. I have absolutely no regrets. I will continue to use this wonderful product. The eye serum is very soothing. I was developing sore skin around my eyes and this completely relieved the chapping I was experiencing. Love this product! The Crepe Erase body cream absolutely works. I was embarrassed to wear a skirt or dress because of the skin development that I didn’t care to see. Once I started using the body cream and using the exfoliating treatment, is part of the system that I was no longer embarrassed about my crepey skin. I hope others find the wonderful results as I have.

Waste of money.

I also don't like their billing system. The product does work on dry skin because the face cream is oily. Jane Seymour is giving sales a boost in the First Magazine, saying that this is how she stays looking so young. I didn't realize you had to use all the products together to see a difference.

Please BEWARE!

BEWARE. When you buy this product, you're buying a MEMBERSHIP and you'll get automatic shipments of product sent to you whether you want it or not AND have a large sum automatically charged to your credit card. All I can say is look for the FINE PRINT if there is any, I didn't see any. And because they want you to buy in the "next 10 minutes", you hurriedly buy and don't notice. It's unethical. I didn't love the product (especially the facial cream) and I definitely don't love how they do business.

This company is a scam

This is a scam company who signs you up for multiple shipments (gotta read that fine print). They send you what you ordered and then next month they send you three times' what you originally ordered and charge you three time more as well!

Scam

Disappointment ! Just like any other product. All hype and no results.

Dr. Ordon's Crepe Skin Cream

Aug 16, 2017 | | Slippery Rock, PA

I am disappointed in the Crepe Cream. It is overpriced and not worth a darn. What a scam! And this is from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. Ripping people off and doesn't he have plenty of money? Why do they allow him to be on the doctor's show?

Not worth a dime

Crepe Erase is so greasy and is totally worthless. It leaves your skin feeling sticky. My neck area even broke out in small hives. It is a total scam and I fell for it. Never again. Within the first month of receiving it, I get another package delivered, which I will send back. Please don't fall for all of the ads that are on every website.
