Worse customer service ever
Ordered 2 on 12/6 from their website. Immediately received confirmation email with order number and amount charged to our credit card but no way to reply to email. No contact info at all. 12/19 no clever grip not even an email with tracking info. Finally got customer service on phone. Order is back ordered and they have no idea when it will ship so I canceled it. They told me that they didn't have the ability to confirm that the order was canceled. I was told to check customer status web link and it would show order canceled. I checked. It did not show canceled, still showed temporarily unavailable. Called back got same response. Basically I was told just keep checking until you see it either shipped or canceled. I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge.
