The products are phenomenal! I love the foundation. I have used the products every day for over a year now, and haven't found anything I like better. The prices are very reasonable. I've bought some of the products for gifts, and now these friends are hooked also.

I love all of my products and will tell my friends. I've even given 2 of my friends my foundation that I had left after I got my new kit to let them try. I think my favorite is the lipstick. I love it. It's so moisturizing and keeps my lips plump. Everyone thinks I'm in my late 20's, early 30's and I'm 43. No joking. I love that I can sleep in the foundation and my face doesn't break out like with other creams. It's not thick and makes my skin smooth and plump. I'm definitely glad I decided to try it. The kit lasts me longer than 3 months and I wear it daily. Thank you! It's a great product.

Deceptive Practices

I broke my rule about infomercials, which was to never again buy from infomercials, but I saw what looked like great makeup and it had a great price, so I bit. The Bye Bye foundation is supposed to be a tinted moisturizer, but it is thicker than any foundation I've ever used. It doesn't feel natural on my skin and I had to take it off within a few hours because it was so uncomfortable.

As for the price, the online ad said $49, with a monthly subscription that could be canceled anytime. When I called to cancel, the woman with whom I spoke told me the price was actually 3 installments of $49.00, so actually $150? The products are very small and it ain't Dior, so how can they charge $30 for each of the 5 items?

The representative was still trying to upsell me while I was complaining about their putting $49.00 on the ad and then charging 3 times that amount. She said the payments were described in the order summary, but I have no way to verify that. The invoice I received shows only a cost of $49, and a payment of $49, with no balance due. And even if they did put that information in the summary, they did it because most people rely on what they see in the ad.

You shouldn't have to hunt to find out if a product is actually 3 times the cost as much as it said when you added the item to your cart. Or at least put an asterisk next to the price with a corresponding explanation. The rep told me my credit card had been charged twice, but she would cancel the third. However, her voice sounded like a computer voice, and she was obviously in another country, so I'm not optimistic that she did cancel the third payment.

Now I have to write up a credit card dispute and send evidence of my complaint. I would not be surprised if this company is hit with a class action suit if they keep this up. I haven't ordered anything from infomercials in more than 10 years, and this is my second lesson to never do it again. Save yourself money and frustration and avoid IT Cosmetics and their scams!

Nasty Stuff

I've had some issues with my skin as I've gotten older and moved into a home with a severe mold issue. I have scars and was hoping that this would help even out my skin tone and cover the area's of hyperpigmentation. No such luck.

I have lightly dry skin and this goes on like what I would expect lard to feel like, almost no coverage, oily, sticky and then a nasty smell. I'd dealt with Gunthy Renker before, they are the people behind the Wen hair care products. I was sent products that I didn't order, I gave a very long ugly review of them and the so called customer support for the product, and they've been trying to get me to come back since. Anyway, I called the number and insisted that I get the name of the woman I spoke to, cancelled my order, got the info to return it and sent by mail requiring a signature. The smallest box through the postal service works. I held onto the info, it took a little over a week and my money was refunded.
