Product scam

Jun 16, 2016 | | Fairport, NY

WASTE OF MONEY. I feel like an idiot for having purchased this. It did absolutely nothing. Don't fall for the advertising, do not buy. Totally useless product!

Total Waste of Money

Embarrassed to say I got sucked into buying 3 jars of the crepe correcting cream. It did nothing at all to help my arms. Total waste of money and time. A scam.

Beverly Hills MD, Dr. John Layke

May 3, 2017 | | Florida

I wasn't duped into trying a couple of these products but their reaction on my skin is doing absolutely nothing. Well, it's safer, more likely to have results and so much more to stick with the Retin-A from my dermatologist.

I wrote them 4 times explaining the issues with the product and after the 4th email Dr. Layke says, "I want to know why you decided not to continue." Okay, I like my Docs to be able to read.

Also, popped on their website and it has this disclaimer stating you cannot participate in most legal action against them. Now I have to say that is definitely suggesting your products do nothing. Go enjoy a great mani/pedi and facial instead. So sorry this product is a complete DUD! No malice intent, everything I have said is exactly from their website and emails. Honesty can be such a bummer.

Dark Spot Corrector-Amount and Effectiveness

Nov 17, 2017 | | NJ

I'm very disappointed, I actually placed the order in February 2015 and really didn't start using it until this year about a month ago, sadly.

The effectiveness may be affected by how long I've had on the shelf but the thing that disturbs me the most is the amount in the bottle. The bottle is about 4 inches tall and it says that it has 1-ounce of cream. When you peel the label off, it's unbelievable the bottle is totally empty except for a tiny little spot at the top that stores the cream.

I don't even believe that it's 1 ounce. So the effectiveness I can't question but the representation of the way they display it makes you believe you've got a bottle, even though it says in small print 1 ounce.

I don't believe you can get 1 ounce of cream. Very disappointed in the representation but it may work, however not for the price I paid for that one little ounce.

Completely Worthless

After four jars of Beverly Hills MD wrinkle cream, I can honestly say I've seen zero results.

Don't become a customer!

Feb 2, 2018 | | Chicago, IL

First of all, the products don't work, they are expensive. As of today, I have nothing good to say about the company's business practices and customer service. I canceled my auto orders six months ago, and today I got a package from them with two containers of the face cream.

When I called, they said there had been duplicate orders on my account and one of those had not been canceled. No, they have no return label, so it is up to me to send them back. (Or, my idea just to "refuse" them.)

Beverly Hill Rapid Wrinkle Repair

It does not work, and they won't even acknowledge your emails after you buy it. I've emailed "Samantha@beverlyhills-md.com" as suggested, but no one answers.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD.

May 31, 2018 | | Palm Springs, CA

I have attempted to cancel this membership three times, over the past three months and they continue to send products and charge my credit card! When you call and speak with the customer service rep, they are very rude and spend most of the conversation trying to convince you not to cancel. I have notified my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau about these fraudulent activities. This is apparently how they make their money, thinking people will just continue to let them charge for services they do not want!

Disappointed and dissatisfied.

May 31, 2018 | | SD

I purchased and used the Wrinkle Filler. I had a defective dispenser, it either produced nothing or great gobs. Finally it produced nothing after 30 days. I very carefully followed return instructions. It has been a week and I have not received my refund. I have called and emailed. I was on hold for about ten minutes today. I'm not feeling at all okay with this company or the product. No results at all in the 30 days that I was able to use it.

Con men at Beverly Hills MD products

Jul 12, 2018 | | Brooklyn, New York

They are full of promises and hype but don’t deliver. They gouge you and then send you the wrong products to boot. The excuse they gave me was because I ordered online and they cannot return my full refund for items that I did not order in the first place. Do not be deceived by their fancy name, illegal, and false promises just to sell a product. They are crooked and deceptive and do not honor what they say they are going to do.

Customer service

Jul 14, 2018 | | Canada

I purchased the product for the total amount of $369.69, and in spite of two phone calls and two emails, I have only received $48 worth of product. The last phone call over a month ago, I was told couldn't refund but would send product again which was not received as of yet!
