Causing headaches and neck pain

Jun 15, 2015 | | NZ

Two years ago I crushed my spinal cord and nearly ended up paralyzed. From then on I have not found a pillow that supports my neck and upper back. I thought I would get a Bambillo and wish I didn't. I am suffering from really bad headaches and stiffness in my neck. I puff it up and think it will be fine, but it's hard and very uncomfortable and goes flat. It makes me toss and turn all night and I wake up worse than when I went to bed. I have tried water pillows, firm, soft, flat, full, but it's just not working. I'm worn out. I have an electric bed so I put the head up high so that I can feel comfortable without a pillow.

Hardest pillow I ever had

The pillow is as hard as a rock and I cannot use it.

Absolute crap

May 11, 2015 | | Australia

Brought two Bambillo Pillows. Slept on it for the first night, woke up with a stiff neck and a headache. Tossed and turned all night. The ad for the pillow says "a good night sleep, no more tossing and turning", bull crap.

Bambillo Pillow

We purchased three Bambillo Queen pillows in April 2015 and have been sleeping soundly since. The neck support they provide via the memory foam and anti bacterial properties make them an item I would recommend. When I sleep away from home I take my pillow with me.

Don't buy, made from toxic materials.

May 2, 2015 | | Sydney, Australia

Don't buy, read what it's made from, very toxic, I got scammed into buying two as the salesperson told us it's antibacterial, etc. We take it home, open the pack and it stunk, that's when we read that it's made in China. Did some research on the materials it's made from and discovered that it's very toxic and only a very small percentage of it is made from bamboo. It's a freaking scam, don't buy. They should be jailed.

The Bambillo

This pillow kept me cool and comfy all night. I recommend this pillow to Alicia Adamson because she has neck problems and she has a very weak back.

Bamboo pillow

I have never bought such a load of rubbish in my life, even the cat would not use the pillows that I bought online. I can really say these is a lot of rubbish and wasted my money.

Love my Bambillo

Apr 9, 2015 | | QLD, Australia

I originally bought this pillow for my husband as he is so fussy when it comes down to a comfy sleep. There was a 2 for 1 sale so I scored one for myself as well. I have to say the first night wasn't very enjoyable as I felt I was sleeping so high, due to it not fitting a standard slip and cramming it in made it sit too high. But once I bought larger pillow slips it has been amazing ever since. My fussy husband is happy as am I. Might even grab the kids one.

Not happy about my deal or the pillow

Feb 15, 2015 | | Australia

Was told I was getting a great deal when I bought my pillows on 2/14/15 at at shopping mall in Albury NSW - 2 for $90. Only to see it later online for $30 each. And I also can't seem to get the lumps out of mine. It takes me a long time to to decide if I will buy something so I won't be disappointed. I'm really pissed off over this. Please give me a reason way I should not tell all my Facebook friends about this.

Want to sleep on a rock?

Feb 14, 2015 | | Denver CO

I bought one of the "Bamboo" family of pillows. For the first few weeks, it was wonderful. The more I used it the worse it became until right now, the pillow is like sleeping on a rock. I talked to the sellers at various home shows etc, and they all tell me that this is a problem with the competitors pillows, but not theirs. Then I find out they are all made at the same factory in China. I'm told you can wash them and dry them for an hour or two, and that fixes the problem. Tried that, fixes the problem for about two days. What a colossal waste of money.
