Fraudulent company

Aug 12, 2015 | | London

Do not buy, false advertisement for the free sample. They will bill your account twice without you even knowing. Product is also a shambles too, absolutely horrid.

Don't buy. RUBBISH product and service

Aug 11, 2015 | | Plymouth UK

After 14 days use I suffered a severe allergy to this product and when I rang to ask if I could send it back I was told no, even though I had a reaction to the cream. Don't bother!

SCAM. Very cleverly done.

BEWARE of £89.95 taken from your account unless cancelled within 14 days. This should be made available on the front page of the advert. To my way of thinking this is just a SCAM. So BEWARE or just don't order. There was no invoice enclosed in the brown envelope.

Outrageous

Billed £89.95 for small pot of cream which I thought was free. I failed to read the small print, but I hope this encourages others to do so before going anywhere near this product.

Abusive sell and bad customer service

Aug 6, 2015 | | Hove, England

I received the cream a day after filling a form online: I so won't do it again. The screen told me there had been a mistake and the order could not go through: I guess a bad omen. The following day I realized that the payment had been taken from my account so I decided to go along and check by myself what this cream was all about. I received the cream by courier [really?] and tried it straight away. I felt conned. The cream is packed with glycerin which makes it sticky and left my face with a feeling of intense dryness. In the meantimes I checked my email and realized that they processed to a subscription I never asked for!

So I called and was told to wait until the 6/8/15 to ask for a return number without which you can't send the item back. I leave you to imagine what follows. I tried today [6/8] to realize that their office which is supposed to be opened between 7 am and 8 pm during the week is closed at 8 am. It does not get any better or does it? I think that they used this kind of sale procedure from the start, which push you to buy their product you would never buy if you tried them. It is so bad, even the cheapest cream like Nivea is of better quality. I wanted to write this review so people can be aware of their malicious way of proceeding and prevent them to be where I am right now.

My conclusion is when you are confident in what you are selling you don't use this kind of method to sell a product and you don't blackmail people into waiting to send back a product which you know is rubbish. When it comes to their customer service, even though you ask a question the person keep repeating something she has probably learned by heart, which make them sound like robots without any initiative. NO I would not recommend it to anyone but would rather warn people against it.

Bad company

Aug 5, 2015 | | West Yorkshire

It does not work. Plus I ordered a free trial without reading the small print and £89.00 was taken out of my account. When I questioned this I was very rudely told to eff off. Do not use, total waste of time.
